Greenmountain Veal is sourced from the lush pastures of the Northern Rivers Region in New South Wales and South East Regions of Queensland. Which are processed at the export accredited Greenmountain Trading Co. at Coominiya Abattoir QLD.

David Scarrabelotti and his brother John, commenced operating Greenmountain Trading Company in 1991, processing a small quantity of trade calves in Northern New South Wales, Australia. From this humble beginning, Greenmountain Veal has developed and grown to become one of the largest producers of veal in Australia.
